야썰저장소 이용약관 (Hellkaiv.net Terms of Service)

1. 개요: 본 서비스는 성인 전용 플랫폼이며, 이용자 정보 보호가 최우선입니다. 개인식별정보를 기본적으로 저장하지 않고, IP 주소 등 네트워크 식별자는 강력한 암호화로 보호됩니다. 침해 징후 시 자동 셧다운과 격리가 즉시 실행됩니다.
1. Overview: Hellkaiv.net is an adults-only platform prioritizing user protection. We do not store personal identifiers by default; network identifiers such as IPs are strongly encrypted. On intrusion signals, auto shutdown and isolation trigger immediately.

2. 연령 요건: 귀하는 만 19세 이상 또는 거주지의 법정 성인 연령 이상이어야 합니다.
2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. 금지 콘텐츠(아동·청소년 전면 금지): 실제 아동·청소년에 대한 모든 언급, 정보, 묘사, 요청, 공유, 링크, 메타데이터, 역할놀이, 코스프레, 암시, 코드화 표현 등 어떤 형태도 절대 금지됩니다. 성적·비성적 맥락 모두 포함됩니다.
3. Prohibited Content (Total Ban on Minors): Any references to or content involving real minors, including mentions, info, depictions, requests, sharing, links, metadata, role-play, cosplay, innuendo, or coded terms, are absolutely prohibited in both sexual and non-sexual contexts.

4. 추가 금지 행위: 테러 모의·선동, 폭력·자해 조장, 불법행위 촉진, 차별·혐오 선동, 도킹·신상공개·폭로(정치·폭로 포함), 스팸·사기, 지식재산 침해, 악성코드 유포, 시스템 침해 시도는 금지됩니다.
4. Additional Prohibitions: Terror planning/incitement, promotion of violence/self-harm, facilitation of illegal acts, hate incitement, doxxing/exposés (including political/exposé), spam/fraud, IP infringement, malware, and system compromise attempts are prohibited.

5. 개인정보 최소화: 서비스 제공에 필수적인 범위를 넘어 이메일, 이름, 전화번호 등은 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 선택 기능은 명시적 동의 하에 최소 처리 후 목적 달성 시 파기합니다.
5. Data Minimization: We do not collect/retain email, name, phone, etc., beyond what’s necessary. Optional features are opt-in, minimally processed, and deleted once the purpose is met.

6. IP 및 로그 보호: IP와 접속 로그는 강력한 암호화로 보호되며 단기 보관 후 순환 파기됩니다. 키 관리는 분리·회전·권한 최소화 원칙을 따릅니다. 정상 운영 시 평문 식별자는 저장되지 않습니다.
6. IP and Log Protection: IPs and logs are strongly encrypted, retained briefly, and rotated for deletion. Key management uses separation, rotation, and least privilege. No plaintext identifiers in normal operations.

7. 침해 대응·자동 셧다운: 침해 징후 시 자동 셧다운, 네트워크 격리, 세션 무효화, 키 회수·교체, 감사 추적 보존이 즉시 수행되며, 보안 검증 후 단계적 복구합니다.
7. Incident Response and Auto Shutdown: On indicators of compromise, we auto-shutdown, isolate, invalidate sessions, revoke/rotate keys, and preserve audits, resuming only after security validation.

8. 위반자에 대한 암호화·프라이버시 예외: 다음 위반자는 암호화·개인정보 보호의 모든 혜택에서 완전히 제외됩니다: (a) 실제 아동·청소년 착취·학대 또는 그 언급·게시, (b) 테러 모의·선동, (c) 정치·폭로 관련 도킹·신상공개. 이 경우 통상적 최소보관·암호화 원칙을 예외로 하여 관련 데이터의 보존·복구·복호화·추가 수집 및 당국 신고·제공이 이루어질 수 있습니다.
8. Encryption and Privacy Exceptions for Offenders: Users engaging in (a) content involving real minors, (b) terror plotting/incitement, or (c) political/exposé doxxing are fully excluded from encryption and privacy protections. We may preserve, recover, decrypt, or additionally collect relevant data and report/disclose to authorities, notwithstanding normal minimal-retention/encryption controls.

9. 탐지·집행: 위반 탐지는 신고, 모더레이션, 합법적 범위의 자동화된 신호 분석을 통해 이뤄질 수 있으며, 당사는 콘텐츠 제거, 계정 정지·해지, 접근 차단, 증거 보존 및 당국 신고를 수행할 수 있습니다.
9. Detection and Enforcement: Violations may be identified via reports, moderation, and lawful automated analysis; we may remove content, suspend/terminate accounts, block access, preserve evidence, and report to authorities.

10. 합법적 요청 협조: 법원 영장, 적법한 수사 요청, 긴급위협 대응 필요 시 관련 정보를 법에 따라 보존·제공할 수 있습니다.
10. Legal Requests: We may preserve and disclose information pursuant to court orders, lawful investigations, or emergencies, consistent with applicable law.

11. 사용자 책임: 법과 약관을 준수하고 계정·콘텐츠에 책임을 집니다. .

12. 시스템 남용 금지: 리버스 엔지니어링, 우회, 자동 스크래핑, 과도한 요청, 취약점 악용 시도 등은 금지됩니다. 보안 제보는 책임 있는 공개 원칙을 따릅니다.
12. No System Abuse: Reverse engineering, circumvention, automated scraping, excessive requests, and exploit attempts are prohibited. Use responsible disclosure for security reports.

13. 서비스 변경: 우리는 보안·법적 사유 등을 포함해 사전 통지 여부와 무관하게 서비스 기능·접근·가용성을 수정·중단·제한할 수 있습니다.
13. Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or restrict features, access, or availability with or without notice, including for security or legal reasons.

14. 계정 종료: 약관 위반, 위험 유발, 비활동, 법적 요구 준수 사유로 계정을 종료·차단할 수 있습니다. 아동·청소년 관련 위반, 테러 모의, 정치·폭로 도킹은 즉시 영구 종료됩니다.
14. Termination: We may terminate/block accounts for violations, risk, inactivity, or legal compliance. Minor-related violations, terror plotting, and political/exposé doxxing result in immediate permanent termination.

15. 보증 부인: 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 특정 목적 적합성, 무중단성, 무오류성 등에 대한 보증을 하지 않습니다.
15. Disclaimer: The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

16. 책임 제한: 법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 간접·부수·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 직접 손해 총액은 최근 3개월간 귀하가 지불한 금액(있는 경우)으로 제한됩니다.
16. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages; direct damages are capped at amounts you paid in the last 3 months, if any.

17. 준거법·분쟁: 약관은 제공자 설립지 또는 운영지 법에 따르며, 분쟁은 해당 관할 전속 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 강행 규정은 우선 적용됩니다.
17. Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms follow the laws of our incorporation/operation venue, with exclusive jurisdiction there. Mandatory consumer protections prevail where applicable.

18. 약관 변경: 수시로 업데이트될 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 합리적 방법으로 공지합니다. 공지 후 계속 이용 시 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
